Returns and Exchanges

At Love Poppy Apparel, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • We have a 14 days store credit return policy.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached with receipt of proof of purchase.
  • All returns must include the original packaging where possible.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return for an online purchase, please email lovepoppyapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be included in the store credit issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days from the date on which the original order was delivered. 
  • We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, depending on availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (per our return policy).

To request an exchange for an online order, please contact us at lovepoppyapparel@gmail.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your original item. Any shipping costs incurred to return the original item as well as shipping costs to deliver the new item will be the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the issue. Any damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of order delivery with an email to lovepoppyapparel@gmail.com. Please include photos of any product damages or defect along with your message.

Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale or Giveaway Items.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please allow 5 business days to process the return once it has been received. If approved, store credit will be issued and you will be alerted via email.
